The Mind Over Matter Karate School, also known as Kagami Shin Kai Karate, was founded on the premise that Karate should be open and accessible to all, regardless of background and/or physical attributes. The goal is to guide all students towards an enhanced mind, body, and spirit. This is achieved by helping students learn how to set goals, to grow as individuals and to become leaders among their peers. We look forward to training with you!
